With nearly five decades of experience in military service, law enforcement, criminal prosecution, private investigation, legal research, and fiduciary work, my career has been built on integrity, public service, and a commitment to justice.

I began my career in the United States Air Force, serving on active duty and in the Air Force Reserve from 1978 to 1992. During my military service, I worked as a police K-9 handler specializing in explosives and narcotics detection and ultimately attained the rank of Master Sergeant (E-7).

I later served as a sworn police officer with the San Francisco Police Department and was activated for military service during Operation Desert Storm. I also obtained my California private investigator license, which remains active and in good standing.

After earning a B.A. in Political Science from Golden Gate University, I received my Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. During law school, I served as a State Bar Certified Law Clerk in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office Felony Prosecution Unit, where I prosecuted major felony cases, handled hearings, and participated in criminal trials.

I subsequently worked in the District Attorney’s Writs and Appeals Division, conducting legal research, preparing appellate briefs, and presenting oral arguments before the Court of Appeals. Since then, I have continued providing investigative, appellate research, and legal writing services to attorneys throughout California in criminal, civil, and family law matters. I have also qualified and testified as an expert witness in California Superior Courts.

In 2012, I relocated to San Diego and was appointed by the court as a licensed fiduciary, serving disabled fellow veterans as a conservator and fiduciary. Helping veterans who lacked qualified family members or fiduciaries was one of the most meaningful chapters of my career.

Today, I maintain private investigator licenses in both California and Nevada and continue to provide professional investigative and legal support throughout California and Nevada.
